Review all documents to ensure accuracy and all signatures are collected.
Send executed contracts and addendums to all parties involved.
Confirm earnest money deposit is received and obtain a receipt.
Weekly progress report sent out to clients.
Confirm home inspections and inform all parties.
Ensure appraisal has been ordered, inform all parties, follow up on results.
Confirm homeowner insurance is ordered and binded.
Send out cancellation addendums on your behalf – if necessary.

Coordinate walk through and schedule closing with all parties.
