In the 3 years that followed, the real estate market began to crash which forced her to restructure her business to the new economy that Florida was facing at the time. As a fifth generation Floridian and local real estate expert, Chelsea now has over 20 years experience in the sales and real estate industry with a broad skillset including short sale and transaction coordination, digital and print marketing, SEO concepts with content creation, title insurance sales and acquisitions, investor and hedge fund relations, short term rentals and general real estate and business coaching.
Ultimately, Chelsea has the pleasure of aiding clients in discovering their brands, refining their focuses, and expanding their reach within their respective communities. Additionally Chelsea coaches her clients on personal levels…with a high level focus on wealth building, leadership and parenting.
